We ship all orders from Switzerland to Europe.

 

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During holiday periods, processing may be slightly longer.

 

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Delivery estimates:

• Switzerland: 1–3 business days

• Europe: 3–7 business days

These are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.

 

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Delivery location

• Weight of the order

• Chosen courier method

 

4. Customs & Duties

Shipments to EU countries may incur customs or VAT charges.
These fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

 

5. Tracking

All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking link once your package is shipped.

 

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or lost:

• We will assist with a claim through the carrier

Rajput’s is not liable for delays caused by customs or courier services.

 

7. Incorrect Address

If an incorrect address is provided:

• The customer is responsible for additional shipping costs

• Rajput’s is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address
