Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be refunded.
2. Non-Returnable Items

Any item returned without original packaging or tags

3. Return Process

We will reply with return instructions and the return shipping address.
4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.

Rajput’s is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
5. Inspection & Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 3–5 business days.
If approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Original shipping charges are non-refundable
If the item shows signs of use or does not meet the return conditions, we may reject the return and send the item back to you.
6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for another colour or product, please contact us.
Exchanges depend on stock availability.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect:

Provide photos/video of the issue and the packaging
We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
